Summary: Chemtrail poisoning of the atmosphere is increasing and surrounded by deep secrecy. The Royal Society of London, which coordinates the dispersion in Europe on behalf of the EU and national governments, has notified the reason for the atmospheric contamination with toxic particulate matter (barium, aluminum, lead, arsenic, sulfur, thorium, strontium, etc.) to be combating global warming. U.S. Congress has made steps to legislate on this illegal environmental pollution which was even banned by the UN in 2010. The pretext for climate protection does not hold water: There has been no global warming since 1995. New research now shows chemtrail clouds to lead to more warming than all emitted CO2 in the history of aviation! The climate fraud has been sufficiently revealed - and the IPCC chairman has declared “climate science” to be politically commissioned work. Nonetheless, some still consider chemtrails to be harmless, calling criticism thereof “conspiracy theory”.
These doubts are now completely redundant after the University of Calgary has made a cost calculation over different ways to disperse the poisonous particles in the atmosphere - to reflect the sun’s rays, they say. The calculation was for the Aurora Flight Services - the government’s partner for unmanned flights in the upper atmosphere. Dispersion by commercial airplanes was found to be the cheapest way - around 1 billion dollars per year - while rocket application would cost 100 billion dollars annually. Also, special air ships and cannon projectiles can be used.

A report from the Arizona Sky Watch shows dramatic increases in heavy metals in Arizona´s air in 2010. These figures show how many times they are over the permissible toxic limit: Aluminum: 15.8 Antimony: 63.3 Arsenic: 418 Barium: 5.3 Cadmium: 6.0 chrome: 6.4 Copper: 9.0 Irons : 43.5 Lead: 15.7 Manganese: 513.8 Nickel: 10.7 Zinc: 7.5. Their values should be = zero Chemtrail effects: We have 20% less sunshine, and mostly a blanket of artificial “clouds” filled with toxins.

But now a new aspect is added. The earliest “Chemtrail” experiments took place in Dorset, England, between 1963 and 1975: With political permission, naval ships sprayed bacterial suspensions including an Escherichia Coli species into the air - and the wind brought the bacteria ashore over an unsuspecting population. A public hearing was not allowed by the government - but it ordered an “independent” investigation by a professor from - of all places - the Royal Society. He believed that only the weakest with immune diseases could have fallen ill by the experiments. However, he was more concerned because a non-characterized bacterium with significant pathogenic potential had also been sprayed over the population. There were demands from public and parliamentarians for the guarantee that such experiments would never take place again. The government would not give this guarantee. Rather, it promised that new experiments on a still larger scale might be necessary - to protect the population against biological warfare!!

That promise is now apparently being fulfilled with chemtrail activity. At the meeting of the American Society for Microbiology, lead researcher Dr Alexander Michaud from Montana State University said: “Bacteria that can be grown in the laboratory were found in the embryo, the first part of a development of a hailstone.” The discovery suggests that airborne microorganisms play a leading role not just in the hail, but also in other weather conditions by acting as ‘nucleating particles’. The new find helps to confirm the suspicion that in many cases living microorganisms cause rain to fall. The necessary bacterial medium for bacterial geoengineering has now been developed.

A highly respected scientist, Clifford Cranicom, reports from a meeting between an investigative specialist and a well-placed military source: 1. The operation is a joint project between the Pentagon and the pharmaceutical industry. 2. The Pentagon wishes to test biological diseases for war purposes on unsuspecting populations. It was stated that SARS is a failure as the expected rate of mortality was intended to be 80%. 3. The pharmaceutical industry is making trillions on medications designed to treat both fatal and non-fatal diseases given to populations. 4. The bacteria and viruses are freeze-dried and then placed on fine filaments for release. 5. The metals released along with the diseases heat up from the sun, creating a perfect environment for the bacteria and viruses to thrive in the air supply. 6. Most countries being sprayed are unaware of the activities and they have not consented to the activities. He states that commercial aircraft flying are one of the delivery systems. 7. Most of the “players” are old friends and business partners of the senior Bush. 8. The ultimate goal is the control of all populations through directed and accurate spraying of drugs, diseases, etc. 9. People who have tried to reveal the truth have been imprisoned and killed.

The question remains: Why, when there is no global warming? The elite behind it have a panicky fear of overpopulation - as revealed in an article in The Times. Acc. to their Georgia Guide Stones and statements from elitists like Ted Turner, there should be no more than 500 million people on this planet. The bacteria can also be used to create deadly storms and climate impacts as can HAARP. These circles want to ”own the weather”, says one of their reports.

I have prevously written about chemtrails and here– a dispersion in the atmosphere of toxic particles of barium, aluminium – even arsene, strontium and thorium. This activity is seen as longstanding widening trails after airplanes in great altitude – in contrast to the contrails which disappear after a few minutes. This poisoning of the atmosphere is coordinated in Europe by the The Royal Society of London on behalf of the EU and European governments - in spite of the moratorium issued by the UN-Convention on Biological Diversity from Oct. 2010 against it. In the US Senate, John D. Rockefeller IV read this bill on allowing chemtrailing – which is also there being illegally carried out on a large scale. The purpose is said to be “geo-engineering”, to protect the Earth from global warming – which has not existed since 1995 – an incredible fraud and here - and the the maximum warming was seen in about 1934. IPCC´s chairman, Rajendra Pachauri, has even stated the following in the Times of India 3 Sept. 2010: “We are an intergovernmental body and our strength and acceptability of what we produce is largely because we are owned by governments. If that was not the case, then we would be like any other scientific body that may be producing first-rate reports but don’t see the light of the day because they don’t matter in policy-making. Now clearly, if it’s an inter-governmental body and we want governments’ ownership of what we produce, obviously they will give us guidance of what direction to follow, what are the questions they want answered. The original resolution by which IPCC was set up clearly says that our assessment should include realistic response strategies. If that is not an assessment of policies, then what does it represent? But that is exactly what this committee has recommended that we get out of — policy prescriptions. ” This means “climate science” is politically commissioned work. The Royal Society and the EU know that, too. So, let us forget about the global warming waffling as an excuse for chemtrailing.
Others think, chemtrailing is an ABC warfare on mankind for the purpose of depopulation (see comment) and here – and here (Bill Gates). Of course, it is strange that chemtrail activity is also intensive in the cold of winter! The following will lend support to that theory. Prior to 1990 one could enjoy a true clear blue sky, a figment of the past in 2011 – where none are to be found.

Computer simulations suggest that high concentrations of biological particles may influence precipitation levels at the ground, cloud cover, and even the way the Earth is insulated from solar radiation.

The necessary bacterial medium for bacterial geoengineering now developed
Biopharmaceuticals 4 August 2009: Scientists at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Brookhaven National Laboratory and Stony Brook University have devised a way to encapsulate bacteria in a synthetic polymer hydrogel. These new, stable, bio-hybrid materials maintain the microbes’ ability to exchange nutrients and metabolic products with their environment, and could find widespread applications, for example, as biosensors, catalysts, drug-delivery systems, or in wastewater treatment. Its size ( 1–5 my) is used in BW to ensure that the bacteria bypass the body’s natural defences and reach the deepest parts of the lungs, the alveoli, where they can more easily cause infection. The Government declined to hold a Public Inquiry but instead commissioned an independent member of the Royal Society, Professor Brian Spratt FRS to conduct an independent review of the possible health effects of those exposed to the bacterial aerosols that were disseminated during the trials. Professor Spratt concluded that “there may have been some unquantifiable threat to health for a small number of individuals who had serious underlying disease and were particularly susceptible to infection.” Professor Spratt did find that scientists from Porton Down had exposed the public to massive aerosols of suspensions contaminated with an unknown bacteria. He then stated “It is, however, surprising that suspensions with this level of contamination with uncharacterised bacteria were sprayed across populated areas, as there was a possible risk that the contaminating bacteria had a significant ability to cause disease in humans.”

In response to questions from MPs and the public, the Defence Evaluation Research Agency (DERA) stated in 1999 - “Ministers have made it clear that they cannot rule out conducting larger scale trials in the future to try to ensure the protection of the UK from attacks by people of states using chemical and biological weapons.”

It looks as if members of the government’s upper echelon and even members of the Senate will go to extreme lengths to suppress this vital information from reaching the American people. The toxic levels that are being used in these aerosols goes beyond shocking – it would appear that these levels are indeed criminal by EPA Standards.

The primary vehicles examined to lift particulate to stratospheric altitudes and disperse them at a predetermined release rate are airplanes and airships; rockets and other non- aircraft methods such as guns and suspended pipes are also surveyed.” – Existing airplanes are capable of efficient lower altitude geoengineering operations.

Aurora Flight Sciences: Geoengineering Final report Yearly cost estimates from different dispersal methods ranged from over 1 billion dollars a year all the way up to rocket dispersed aerosol in the upper atmosphere at the cost of over 100 billion dollars per year.

Chemtrailing activity is still often called “conspiracy theory”. People have no idea what it is. The excuse of fighting “global warming” by means of particles to reflect the sun´s rays is invalid, since there has been no global warming since 1995, which was not the warmest year (1934) of the 20. century - and 2 degrees C colder than in the Middle Ages. The rise from preindustrial 0.027 to now 0.037 percent CO2 in the atmosphere is totally indifferent as compared to vapours etc. BUT: The Edmonton Journal 30 March 2011: “Aircraft condensation trails and the clouds that form from them may be causing more warming today than all the aircraft-emitted carbon dioxide (CO2) that has accumulated in the atmosphere since the start of aviation,” the journal Nature Climate Change said in a statement of the findings. The main climate effect of white lines and related cirrus clouds is to trap heat radiating back from the Earth’s surface. In that situation it is revealed that the chemtrail aerosols contain bacteria. So, not only does the elite intoxicate us with dangerous metals. They are also spraying dangerous bacteria over us – coming down with rain, snow and hailstones. I will. of course, not postulate that the present cucumber disease due to – Escherichia Coli – stems from chemtrailing – although nobody so far knows where they come from. For the cucumbers will have been grown in greenhouses – thus protected from chemtrails.

But what makes the chemtrailing suspicious is the enormous secrecy surrounding it. People who know about it will not reveal what it is nor why – which they certainly would have done, had it been harmless. So, the suspicion arises more and more that the extension of the climate lie to chemtrailing as well is a cover-up for depopulationist NWO initiatives: The Times 24 May 2009: Bill Gates David Rockefeller Jr, the patriarch of America’s wealthiest dynasty, Warren Buffett and George Soros, the financiers, Michael Bloomberg, the mayor of New York, and the media moguls Ted Turner and Oprah Winfrey met. A guest said a consensus emerged that they would back a strategy in which population growth would be tackled as a potentially disastrous environmental, social and industrial threat. “This is something so nightmarish that everyone in this group agreed it needs big-brain answers,” said the guest. “They need to be independent of government agencies, which are unable to head off the disaster we all see looming.”

Microorganisms like bacteria have always been efficient pathogens – although psudomonas and E. coli so far by far have not been so dangerous as e.g. the plague. Now HUS does present a more pathogenic variety. However, the bacteria can also be used as nucleating particles to form clouds to create deadly storms. These spheres want to use any means – incl. HAARP – to “own the weather”.
